What is your order minimum?
We have no order minimum. This allows wholesale customers to quickly re-order within season to supply an item to a customer if they don't currently have it in stock.

Can I pre-order?
No. All wholesale orders are from current stock available at our warehouse. 

Stock levels: Our stock levels vary throughout the season and we cannot guarantee that an item will be restocked by a certain date. All orders are placed from available stock at the time of ordering. For this reason, we encourage ordering enough stock as it becomes available to avoid missing out later on. 

How do I apply for an account?
To apply for an account, please provide your information here and a member of our wholesale team will be in touch.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. 

Can I pay by check?
We are unable to offer terms or payment by check, only pre-payment is accepted at this time.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
We are unable to adjust products and quantities on orders that have already been placed. However, we may be able to edit the address on your order within a short window. If this is something you'd like to do, please email info@rainkoat.com as soon as possible.

When can I begin selling new RAINKOAT products in my store?
Generally, if a product is available on wholesale.rainkoat.com, it has been launched & you are welcome to begin selling on your pre-approved sales channels once it has arrived.

Account Approval: Please note RAINKOAT reserves the right to approve or deny all wholesale applications.

Account Revocation: RAINKOAT reserves the right to revoke account access for customers who fail to pay invoices.
